COMPANY

Perform. Decide. Prevail.

Warfighter sits at the intersection of operational psychology, artificial intelligence, and extended reality — conducting research and building systems that help humans make better decisions in the hardest environments on earth and beyond.

We work as prime and subcontract performers on federal research programs, deliver operational consulting to defense and government clients, and develop VR and XR training platforms that have been deployed across all U.S. military service branches. Our work is grounded in peer-reviewed science, validated in operational settings, and designed around how humans actually behave under pressure — not how we assume they do.

Small by Design. Deep by Experience.

Jacob N. Hyde PsyD

Founder

Jacob Hyde started his career as a combat corpsman with the Marines — the person responsible for keeping people alive when things go wrong. He went on to earn a doctorate in psychology, hold faculty positions at two universities, and build research programs for DARPA, the U.S. Space Force, and other defense and federal clients.

The work has always been about the same thing: understanding how people think, decide, and perform under pressure — and building tools that actually account for that.

That's what Warfighter does. We run federal research programs, consult with defense and government organizations, and develop VR and XR training systems that have been tested and deployed across every U.S. military service branch — all built around the reality that the hardest problems in defense and space ultimately come down to a human being making a decision.

If that's the kind of problem you're working on, get in touch.
